Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
You should keep in mind that your garment is unique and therefore production time is approximately 5 business days as each garment is custom-made one by one. Therefore, shipping time starts when the order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping time is 24-48 hours within the Peninsula and 3-5 days to the Islands.
In case of an extension of the delivery time due to exceptional circumstances, the customer will be informed.
Can I return my order?
NO.
We do not accept returns on personalized products as these are unique items created just for you.
Exceptions will be made if there is an error or problem directly attributable to Cherry Sports Lab, in which case the garment will be replaced.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order as this is the time it takes us to process your order.
If you wish to cancel after the stipulated period, we will not refund the money; a voucher for the order value will be issued for use on the website.
I haven't received my order confirmation
If you have not received your order confirmation in the email you used during the purchase, please contact us at cherrysportslab@gmail.com
I encountered an error during the purchase process
Don't worry!
Write to us quickly and we will change your personalization details to make the product perfect. Do so within a maximum of 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to make the change.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, you can contact our team at cherrysportslab@gmail.com.
Please note that you must do so within a maximum of 48 hours from the time you place your order.

What do I do if my product arrived defective?
Our sincerest apologies!
If your product has arrived defective or in poor condition, please contact us via email at cherrysportslab@gmail.com and we will arrange a garment exchange immediately.
To help us facilitate this, please attach images of the product and your order number to the email.
How do I add a discount code?
The discount code is added in the first step of purchasing the garment.
A fillable box will appear below the product where you can enter the code.
